Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

premierspin operates this website as the central hub for professional media feeds, including video operations, live signal management, content distribution, camera work, and the creation of reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. By accessing or using the site and any related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and premierspin under the laws of the United Kingdom. Continued use after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

The site and services are intended for professional users, broadcasters, news organisations and media companies based in or operating within the United Kingdom and other permitted jurisdictions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Permitted use is limited to legitimate business purposes connected with media production, signal management and content distribution. You may not use the site for personal, non-commercial or recreational purposes unless expressly authorised. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis subject to compliance with all applicable laws including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or interferes with the site, its infrastructure or other users. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, scraping or harvesting data without permission, misrepresenting your identity, using the services to distribute illegal content, or violating intellectual property rights. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may lead to legal action. We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with these rules and applicable regulations such as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Accounts, Submissions and User Content

Where account registration is required to access certain features such as submitting media requirements or managing feed distributions, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any content you submit, including specifications for video operations or distribution requests, must be accurate and not infringe third-party rights. We may review submissions for compliance but are not obliged to do so. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant premierspin a licence to use them for providing the requested services. Unauthorised accounts or submissions may be deleted without notice.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All text, graphics, logos, software and other materials on the site are owned by premierspin or its licensors. Trademarks and service marks displayed are protected. You may view and print pages for personal reference only in connection with permitted business use. No other reproduction, distribution or modification is permitted without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement under UK copyright and trade mark law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference or integrate third-party tools for signal transmission, cloud storage or analytics. Such services are provided by independent entities and premierspin does not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for their accuracy, security or availability. Any interaction with third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

We aim to maintain continuous availability of the media feed services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the site or services for maintenance, legal reasons or at our discretion. Notice will be provided where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory provisions.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless premierspin, its officers and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the services, or any content you submit. This indemnity survives termination of your access.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection rules allow you to bring proceedings in your local courts. For disputes, you may also contact the relevant ombudsman or use alternative dispute resolution schemes available under UK consumer law. Data protection complaints may be directed to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms at any time; the current version will be posted with the last-updated date. For questions or notices, please use the contact form on our Contacts page or reach [email protected], 01483 234344 or 6 Union Court, 20-22 Union Road, London, SW4 6JP, England. These terms were last updated on 4 October 2026.
